4th March 2012    2012 BVMA Violin Makers’ Day  

We welcome visitors to the annual Violin Makers' Day, sponsored by Barnes & Mullins.

The event is open to all; admission is free and includes a catalogue giving information about the exhibitors.

Violin Makers' Day is an annual showcase for the best of new making in the UK and abroad. Forty makers and associated traders display their work. Practice rooms are available for those who wish to try out instruments in private.

There will be a half-hour concert by a young string quartet at 2pm, on instruments selected from those on display. Entry to the concert is free of charge.
